It is located at 80 km to Ankara, 23 km to Ayas, 5 km far from the main road and at the Ilica valley base. The business administrations of its medicinal springs are executed by a company. The hotels and motels of the company business have 1000 bed capacity. The thermal spring which is used for treatment is a complete facility which consists of two public swimming pools out of the hotels, four special baths, mineral spring facilities and restaurant, café and other auxiliary units next to the Physical Therapy Institute.
